Refund policy

We hope you will be happy with your purchase from Elaurante. All items are quality checked before they are shipped; however, on rare occasions there may be a fault we didn't find.

If the item is not quite right, and your purchase qualifies for a return, our returns process is quick and easy to navigate. 

We recommend trying on and inspecting all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items if necessary.

Please carefully read our Return Policy below, before purchasing.

Ruturns

  • Elaurante offers refunds and exchanges on full price items only.
  • No refunds and no exchanges on clearance items.
  • We do not offer cancellations, store credits, or credit notes.
  • Refunds will only be offered on faulty garments, not for change of mind. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. You will receive an email notifying you when the process is complete.
  • Elaurante reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Faulty items will only be accepted if the item is delivered, and a manufacturing fault is identified on receipt of the item.

Return postage costs are not refundable and we do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items.

  • Damage as a result of normal wear and tear is not considered to be faulty.
  • If an item is worn or cared for incorrectly it will not be deemed faulty.

If an item is assessed and considered faulty, Elaurante offers a number of suitable solutions:

  • A repair of the product, where possible
  • A refund of the original purchase amount
  • An exchange for another item

Exchanges

Exchanges are available if you have purchased an incorrect size in accordance with all of the below terms:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Elaurante will not exchange returned items that are damaged, marked or soiled in any way.
  • Items must be returned in the same carton, with all original packaging materials and garment bags and have swing tags, labels and security tags intact.
  • Items with tags or labels removed or without garment bags, will not be accepted.
  • Do not try to spot clean or dry-clean items before returning.
  • Items must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain.
  • Please take care when trying on items. Avoid dirty hands, make-up and fake tan to ensure items are not marked.

To exchange, you will need to return the original item with a Return Authority (RA) form and place a new order while your return is being processed.

How to exchange or return an order

Please email order@elaurante.com to process an exchange or return request with our team. You will receive notification of your request within 48 hours.

Exchanges / Returns must be sent back to Elaurante within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable to ensure safe and documented delivery. Elaurante takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Return postage costs are not refundable and we do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items.

International Returns

All international returns are subject to an import fee, which is applied by Australian customs when clearing goods into the country.

The Duties & Taxes paid by Elaurante and surcharges incurred at the time of your purchase, will not be refunded.

The Duties, Taxes, import fees, and any surcharges will be deducted from the total refund amount.

If you wish to exchange or return your item, please contact us at orders@elaurante.com within 5 business days of receiving your item. You will be provided with a RA form, to be completed and included with your return. All returns must be received within 14 days of receiving the RA form.

Customers are responsible for all return shipments and related shipping costs. Return postage costs are not refundable and we do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items.

Refund processing times vary from bank to bank, so please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to clear back into your account.
