SHIPPING IS COMPLIMENTARY WORLDWIDE.

Elaurante use DHL Courier Services, its nominated carriers or Australia Post services for orders within Australia and Internationally.

We will process and ship your order within 3 business days providing your order is processed successfully. Orders shipped via DHL Courier Services, its nominated carriers or Australia Post services can take up to 5-7 working days to be delivered in most postcodes in Australian capital cities. Shipping to areas outside of capital cities can take longer to arrive.

By using this service you hereby agree and understand that DHL Courier Services, its nominated carriers or Australia Post services grants authority to leave parcels unattended at your selected address.

• When ordering from Elaurante we recommend that you use an address that will be attended, or a PO Box. As postage and courier services are not under insurance, Elaurante are not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen parcels.
• Tracking details for your parcel will be forwarded in your confirmation email.
• Your Elaurante purchases will arrive with our signature garment bags and sent in a recyclable postage box.
• When orders are shipped internationally, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures upon reaching your destination. This can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Elaurante cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance or other associated processes.
• Orders received on the weekend or on a Public Holiday will be processed the following business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with details of your delivery including a tracking number.
• You must have a complete address, including a company name where applicable and at least one telephone number.
• Please note that during peak times, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.
• International Orders will have a delivery time frame of 3-10 business days, depending on your location.
• A signature will be required for deliveries. Should no-one be available to sign for your delivery, a calling card will be left by the shipping company.

CURRENCY, DUTIES & TAXES

All product prices indicated, and payments made on the Australian Online Store are in AUD and USD currency . GST or sales tax will be added to the order total for all shipments.
